Why do people diss the Wii?

Why do people diss the Wii? I mean sure, it doesn’t have the best graphics, but some games (like Metroid 3) have graphics as good as Xbox 360. And seriously, the Xbox is all hyped up an stuff, but it really has only about 10 good games (Halo 3, Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, COD4, Bioshock, Enemy Territory, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and Gears of War). The Wii has Zelda, Metroid, Wii Sports, Fire emblem, Smash bros, Resident Evil, the list does go on. Xbox may have Xbox live, but the Wii will have Wi-fi for smash, and theres Medal of Honor Heroes 2 that has an Xbox-livish 32 player Wi-fi matches. I mean, come on. Once really good FPS come out for the Wii (not to say /Metroid isn’t fantastic, because it is, but I mean Halo good), the controls are gonna kill and send the Xbox into the dirt

People think that graphics is 100x more important than gameplay, I assure you. Nintendo keeps the gameplay, granphcs, and family fun to a level where it becomes a great game. However, nintendo also focuses more on gameplay than graphics, the same goes with the family fun, so people think that makes the wii all kiddy. The wii, in my opinion, is one of the more creative consoles out there. I Think its better than the Xbox, and one of the best consoles made.

All in all, people think the wii its bad because of the different expectations that people think does not make it good.
