Need for Speed: Shift (PS3, Xbox 360 and PC) and Need for Speed: Nitro (Wii and Nintendo DS)?

I heard about these games just a day ago and these makers are said they’re gonna both release in fall 2009 or something like that. You can research about them if you want, but what are your expectations of them? I think it will be better than the disastrous Need for Speed: Pro Street and Need for Speed: Undercover (have played these before).

heyy man, ive heard about these games a few days ago and went a little deeper and checked out all the hype. first off Need For Speed: Shift is going to be an all out simutator type of game, realistic damage, physics, in-car view etc… honestly if i may add.. it feels a bit like there gonna throw another Prostreet at us. this game is going to try and compete with Gran Tursimo 5 and Forza Motorsport 3..which i feel is going to fall short to these ”masters” of simulation.

Need For Speed: Nitro is a totally diffrent thing. this game will be aimed at casual racing gamers , much like that crappy undercover lol,
anyways they are going to be using completly diffrent graphics than previous games, which lot like cartoons.

i feel this game will fall short yet again in the eyes of us, the gamers. EA and Need for Speed should really go back to thier roots with cop chases, day and night cycle,tuning cars and all the rest backed up with a solid story-line to keep people entertained for ages. Most Wanted and Carbon were the best , after that they all seemed to go downhill from there.
