Is there a Backup Launcher for the Wii that Plays Imported games that are Backups?

I have a NTSC-U model wii and I want to play a NTSC-J backup, is there a backup launcher for homebrew that makes this possible?

Any backup launcher is capable of playing foreign games.
The way you can do it is just region free your wii. You can do this by installing Priiloader on it.
